The listing can be cancelled at anytime by either the seller or the Broker (Inner Loop, Realtors®). The cancellation becomes effective when we receive a written request via fax or email. However, please allow up to 48 hours to have the sign removed and the listing withdrawn from the MLS.
This does not apply if a buyer is exposed to the property by an agent from our company or another agent from another company while your property is listed.
A professional fee will be paid only when we sell your home upon closing & funding. If it doesn’t sell, you don’t pay. Sound simple? We like it that way.
All offers will be emailed, faxed or delivered to our office and will be presented to you immediately. Furthermore, you will never be pressured by us or any other real estate agent at anytime. We will negotiate on your behalf with your terms & conditions. Simply put: We advise, you decide.
We will order & pay for a Home Warranty to cover your home while we have it listed. We do this for our sellers because we care! We want you covered in the event something goes wrong with your home. For example, repairs/replacements for operating systems and appliances while your home is on the market.
